Khady Mbaye
Khady Mbaye is currently overseeing the expansion of BISC’s polling research program which includes a focus on conducting research that will help progressives better use initiatives as political tools, finding innovative ways to support collaboration between initiative campaigns around data, and providing strategic support to groups working with initiative data. In addition, Khady provides strategic advice to progressive organizations looking to launch a variety of proactive ballot measures.
Khady came to BISC from Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research (GQRR), a polling research firm, where she helped conduct surveys, and worked on a special data collection and analysis project with a wide variety of progressive groups including many national and international labor unions. Prior to GQRR, Khady was an associate at Andrew Sharp Consulting, working in the direct mail field.
Khady graduated from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium with a Masters in The Politics and Administration of The European Union. Khady received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and in French from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. Khady is an avid hiker and lives in Washington, DC.
