For the first time ever, BISC’s Ballot Measure Leader Training Program is going regional! Our first stop? Little Rock, Arkansas — from June 24-26, 2025.
Ballot measures are one of the most powerful tools we have for creating lasting change in our communities, and we’re committed to making sure more advocates, organizers, and leaders have the skills they need to run transformational, winning campaigns. That’s why, in 2025, we’re launching regional trainings tailored to the unique needs of different parts of the country.
Throughout 2025-2026, BISC, in partnership with re:power and The Campaign Workshop, will host trainings across three key regions:
- June 2025: Little Rock, AR for the Heartland/Mid-South Region (June 24-26)
- October 2025: Midwest/North-Central Region (exact location TBD)
- February 2026: Western/Pacific Region (exact location TBD)
For the June training, we are prioritizing participants from the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Tennessee.
Our hands-on training will equip you with:
- The foundational skills to run a ballot measure campaign
- Strategies to build winning coalitions and craft powerful messages
- Connections with others doing similar work in your region
