LAS VEGAS — The Ballot Initiative Strategy Center (BISC) will host its annual Road Ahead Conference in Las Vegas from April 9 to 11. Themed ‘Dawning of a New Democracy,’ the conference presents a unique platform for conversations about advancing ballot measures across the country among progressive leaders, ballot measure campaign insiders, state-based advocates, and funders.
