WHO:

Jessica Grennan is the Political Director for Healthcare Rising Arizona, an organization committed to improving the healthcare system in Arizona. This year, the organization is working to pass Proposition 209, which will protect Arizona families from predatory debt collection. No Arizona family should lose their home or car due to medical emergencies or accidents, or be trapped into unending debt by unfair interest rates on medical care.

An Arkansas native, Kymara is the Policy Director of the Arkansas Public Policy Panel, which is organizing against Issue 2 in Arkansas, which would change the threshold for passage of ballot initiatives and constitutional amendments from a simple majority to 60 percent, allowing just 40 percent of voters to block the will of the people.

Rachel Sweet is the Campaign Manager for Kansans for Constitutional Freedom, a bipartisan coalition committed to protecting the constitutional rights of Kansans. This past August, the campaign was successful in defeating the constitution amendment that would have paved the way for a total ban on abortion in Kansas.

Theeda Murphy is an activist, counselor, and dreamer and currently serves as a Co-Director for No Exceptions Prison Collective, which is promoting Amendment 3 in Tennessee. The amendment would remove language that allows for slavery and involuntary servitude as criminal punishments in the state’s constitution.
